This 380 m² building is located on a 3000 m² landscaped and wooded plot in a natural area. This property is located along a footpath called "les chemins creux" (Sunken Paths). This site is ideal for country walks, rest, and relaxation.
La Campagne at the gates of the city, 10 minutes from the TGV train station, 7 minutes from the Le Mans Nord motorway exit.
The six bedrooms overlook a private landscaped courtyard with a large two-hundred-year-old lime tree.
For added decor and as a reminder of the site's history, we have preserved some elements of the past in the grounds (antique cart, apple press, and benches reconstructed from old timber beams, etc.).
