"I arrived at the Courtyard at 11 AM and was surprised that they allowed me to check in early. Because I have gold status, they upgraded me to the top floor with a view of the Eiffel Tower. The room was big for a hotel in Paris with 2 twin size beds that wasn’t next to each other like most hotels situated their beds in Paris. It’s centrally located, clean and easily accessible to public transportation. They also provided basic toiletries including a shave kit and a toothbrush kit in case you didn’t pack yours. Plus they also provide filter water in a reusable bottle you can fill as much as you want. Defywould stay again."

"The only good thing about this hotel is location: walking distance to Louvre and other attractions. I give location 5 stars. Hotel is dilapidated: our room had dirty scuffed walls, peeling paint on the doors, desk and chairs, dirty drapes. Water from the shower runs to the room. Neither heat, nor AC were working. Our room fobs stopped working 4 times. Our neighbor next door got into our room with his key fob. The staff programmed his fob to our room instead of his. We ran out of soap and asked 3 times ( different desk personnel) for the refill. It was never done. Ended up buying our own soap. Breakfast: super basic - eggs, cold cuts, cheeses, bread. No fruits or vegetables. Kitchen staff milling around and not replenishing items that are gone. This hotel does NOT deserve 3 stars. Dingy, dark hallways with motion detector light. It feels like a low level youth hostel, not a mid range hotel. Disappointing experience!"

"Great location for Gare de Lyon train station, 2 mins walk. We walked to Eiffel tower, took us maybe 30 mins. The staff were very friendly and helpful to us and we enjoyed our stay. There was an early check in available, which after a 30 hour flight was music to my ears. The room is small but that is known and part of the package! Very well designed rooms, felt like I was back in Japan!"

"Loved the location- plenty of cafes to choose from and close walk to Notre Dame and other sights. We enjoyed sitting on the patio at night. "

"We’ve found hairs on bed, but looks like the bed sheet has already been changed. Hotel is under renovation, it blocks some of the window views from outside. No complaints about the location, it is close to Louvre and Notre dame Cathedral"

"This was a comfortable base for my exploration of the Marais district. Near several metro stations and walkable to everything of interest in the neighborhood. My room was spacious by Paris standards. Staff were uniformly friendly and helpful. There is a lovely courtyard to sit and have a drink in after dinner. All in all a good stay!"
