"Room was nice and clean with good facilities, but the spa and swimming pools changing rooms need refurbishment, there was lockers without doors and even the lockers which had doors had their locks broken which couldn’t be used. I had leave my stuff in my room which wasn’t convenient."

"Location was ideal for me as i needed to stay near family. Although there is nothing near by apart from Starbucks, Costa, KFC 10 mins away. The rooms were ok, bedding was clean Although underneath the beds was not. I found not nice things in there, like chewing gum, cigarette papers, French fries. I only used the rooms to sleep and shower. The main issue for me was the window latches were missing or very loose and i did not feel safe while sleeping. The windows are not double glazed. The room was on the ground floor. The weather was quite windy and the room was not warm due to the thin windows. I am ensure if i would stay there again. Next time i would specify a room in the top floor with no window latches missing. "

Noise levels unacceptable from beer keller two doors away playing loud muic until 2am. Rang desk at 1.30am who informed me they don't usually stay open that late but their opening hrs state otherwise. Kitchen extractor woke us at 7am that same morning. Windows not double glazed. Awful nights sleep."
