🏡 This apartment combines comfort and practicality and is perfect for a mountain holiday! It features two bedrooms: one double and one with a single bed, a cozy living room with a sofa bed, two bathrooms 🚿, and a separate well-equipped kitchen.
The terrace is the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine 🍷 after a day on the slopes 🎿.
Parking is available just 280 meters away (4 minutes on foot) 🚗.

Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive a message on your mobile phone with all the details, including the rental agreement for your stay. For any needs, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day, from 08:00 to 22:00, non-stop!

Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive freely, without restrictions.

🛏️ INCLUDED COMFORTS
• Bed linen and towels provided according to the number of guests and beds booked.
• Basic kitchen kit: tea towel, detergent, sponge, trash bag.
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 rolls of toilet paper.

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food items are provided in the house (e.g., sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• Between €1.00 and €2.00 (depending on the period) per day, up to a maximum of 7 days.
• Children under 15 are exempt.
• The tax is not included in the booking price.

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• We kindly ask you to follow the waste separation rules.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of waste.
• Otherwise, a €30 fee will be charged.
