"Das Hotel hat eine hervorragende Lage direkt am See und eine tolle Außenterrasse. Damit ist aber bereits das einzig positive genannt. Das Hotel ist sehr alt. Alles ist in die Jahre gekommen. Bevor man sein Zimmer erreicht, mussten wir erst 42 Stufen unser Gepäck hinauftragen. Einen Fahrstuhl oder andere Hilfsmittel gibt es nicht. Das Zimmer war eine einzige Katastrophe. "We stayed in the Rhubarb room and lived the complete kitchen with a huge wet bar! Also having a coffee table and comfortable chairs/sofa was nice. Plenty of beds (5) for most families. The check in process was slightly confusing. Read the email carefully. The entry door was tough to find but it is right by the Restaurant du Banneret. The location was perfect, right by the Chateau.
