"We had an amazing two weeks at this home. A short walk to the beach, an even shorter walk to restaurants and a small but workable grocery store. The local beach is perfect for kids, even small kids! There are many stairs to get to the beach, so not stroller friendly. But we would carry our one year old twins to the beach. The water is shallow, calm, and beautiful. The cliffs provide plenty of shade. Our four kids loved it! It’s a quiet part of Mallorca and was just what we needed to rest and relaxation as a family. I loved sitting out by the pool, looking at the cliffs and Mediterranean as my kids napped. Perfect stay!"

"The bungalow was modern, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Cala Pi was a bit too far of a walk with 2 kids so we drove there as well as many other beaches and towns across the island, so it was nice to have the enclosed property grounds for the kids to run around and swim. The hot tub is a very nice addition. The area does not have many restaurants, grocery stores and has no close petrol stations. Location was not bad to get to beaches like Es Trenc or Cala LLomards or even to Palma but crossing the island was more challenging as the return could be quite long. Kitchen was quite small. We found the larger refrigerator and washer with a dryer on the exterior of the bungalow - all was quite nice although the drying rack did a better job drying our clothes than the dryer which was surprising. Communication with host was generally great. Only check in issue was that all instructions and detail was in German without a Spanish translation. Overall nice stay if you're looking to check out Cala Pi and the surrounding area."

"This is a fantastic villa, spacious and the owner has pretty much thought of everything. Great to have beach towels provided leaves a bit more room in the case! The view is spectacular great location to see the sunrise. Think this was the most relaxing holiday I have ever had. The pool is perfect for cooling off after soaking up the sun on one of the loungers. Great communication, check in was really easy and owners pre holiday instructions are incredibly helpful. Aircon made the stay incredibly comfortable and beds are comfy too. Having a washing machine was great for a mid stay wash. Beach is approximately 10 min walk away really stunning cove great for swimming and snorkelling. Small shop close by but a bit pricey so glad to have a car to head off to Mercadona. Parking was good, weather was amazing. Enjoyed exploring the island and kids loved the aqua park. Would recommend this villa to anyone looking for a restful, relaxing break with a sea view. WiFi is good too. Five stars all round "

"Oliver was a great host & the villa was outstanding - absolutely beautiful!! Highly recommend & Cala Pi beach stunning! Local restaurant a must! Palma about 30mins drive & Cala D’or 45mins. Car essential & just need to be prepared to stop at big supermarkets while out and about although the little shop in Cala Pi has bakery and all other essentials you may need! Highlight beach for us also Cala Mondrago. Get there early! Just to note the listing on bedrooms is not clear.. it’s 3 double bedrooms en-suite & one smaller bedroom with seperate shower room/toilet, but it has a double bed too although described as a single! "

"This home exceeded our expectations in EVERY way. The listing description and photos only scratch the surface of what this gorgeous, luxurious property actually delivers. It is impeccably clean, bright and exceedingly well appointed. And that 180-degree view of sea — priceless!This is a truly PREMIUM property in all respects. The interior furniture and outdoor dining/lounge areas are fine quality and in excellent condition. And the pool is especially wonderful — we spent several hours each day lounging in and around the pool. The home has a full laundry area with washer and dryer and a huge stock of bath and beach towels — all premium quality. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking even the most complex meals. You’re provided high quality cookware, glassware and utensils, 3 different types of coffee-makers, a blender, a juicer, toaster and even a cool mini-fridge for easy access to beverages. Flat screen TVs are tastefully mounted in every room, and there is a Sonos sound system available so you can listen to your personal music library — even out by the pool! Our local host, Lars, was absolutely terrific. We greeted us at the house upon our arrival and gave us a full tour. He was gracious in every way. If we needed anything, he was instantly responsive by phone or text. But we really didn’t need anything — the house already had all we could possibly desire.We have rented fine homes all around the globe. This home is #1. Unforgettable. We’ll be back!"

"the apartment has everything needed for the functioning of everyone, clean pool, sunbeds and towels are also available. The location is very good because it is only half an hour to the airport, close to the beach (10 minutes walk) and local restaurants, private parking space"

"We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The pool is a dream. Things you should know: the place needs a bit of work. There are broken flooring tile, needs paint, could have been cleaned better outside before our stay. We had to have the a/c unit fixed but it looks like it had been leaking for a while (moldy damage). Overall, it was just the snarky feedback I got that wasn’t appreciated but all in all, attentive to what we needed. "
