The two bedroom modern apartment overlooks Cowes marina and has great views as well as being close to all the amenities Cowes offers.

Located on the first floor the apartment can be accessed either by lift or one flight of stairs and has an allocated car parking space.

Sleeping up to 6 people their is one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a sofa bed. The main double bedroom is en-suite with a walk in wardrobe, bedside cabinet and lamps. The twin bedroom is a also furnished with bedside cabinet and a wardrobe and a family bathroom with a bath, shower and heated towel rails.

The apartment has a stylish open-plan kitchen/living room/dining area. The kitchen has a full range of appliances including oven, hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer. There is also a small breakfast bar with kitchen stools. The dining area has table with seating for 4 people. The living room is furnished with sofa, single lounge chair and large TV with freeview and DVD player. The living room has sliding french doors that access the decked balcony.

This is a lovely flat with a brilliant view of Cowes Marina. There’s plenty of space and the flat is very comfortable and has a light and airy feel. The kitchen is one of the best equipped in any property I’ve ever rented. Absolutely beautiful apartment with exceptional harbour view. Everything inside was of high quality and kitchen was well stocked. Excellent food at the Duke of York pub just a couple of minutes walk away. Easy walkable distance to town shops and restaurants. One of the best holiday homes we have ever stayed in - felt like home away from home. Roger and Sheryl were both great at communicating and so friendly. Sheryl met us, handed over the keys and took time to show us around the place - we have never had this before! The kitchen, bathrooms, living areas were spotless, and it meant it was lovely to relax in after a day out. The true statement was that my son didn’t want to leave!!! Can’t wait to stay here again. A spacious and airy apartment with excellent sea views. We stayed for 2 weeks and felt at home immediately. The kitchen is well equipped and it has all the appliances and utensils you'd need for cooking. Great little Apartment in perfect location. Close to the Ferries and the High Street with its Bars, Restaurants and independent shops. Apartment is clean and fitted out to a high standard and very comfortable and has everything that you could want for short/long stay with all relevant amenities. Prompt communications from Roger and Sheryl who meets you on arrival plus Roger will arrange ferry crossing tickets which was very helpful. He was also able to amend our ferry tickets for us when we had to change them. This place is super. Really modern and well decorated. Spacious apartment with a great view of the harbour. We found it to be spotlessly clean and Sheryl who let us in and showed us around was very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are modern with great heated towel rails and the kitchen was very well equipped and stylish. We could not recommend the place highly enough, it's just 5 minutes walk into the main street of Cowes with supermarkets, bars and restaurants right on the doorstep.
