  • This spacious beachside home is centrally located within walking distance to the main shopping precinct of Cowes and Phillip Island RSL and only 1.2 Kms from the McKenzie Road beach. Situated on a nice quite street right across from a brand new children's playground.

    This location gives easy access to all the tourist attractions Phillip Island has to offer.

    There are 4 bedrooms, 3 upstairs all with ceiling fans. 1 queen room downstairs.
    Upstairs bedrooms have wardrobes.
    2 upstairs bathrooms and a powder room with toilet and basin downstairs.
    All beds are provided with full linen, bath & hand towels.
    Beach towels are not provided.

    65 inch Google TV which has free to air and streaming apps available

    Large Reverse Cycle Air conditioner

    8 seat dining table with extra chairs & 2 stools for the breakfast bar.

    4 slice toaster, kettle, rice cooker, mixer, coffee pod machine and all kitchen utensils provided.

    Top Load washing machine and clothes dryer (in garage).

    Outdoor table setting (6) and 4 burner hooded BBQ.

    Garage has Table Tennis & Soccer Table.
