Penderic, Isle of Wight
Penderic is a beautiful 3 bedroom holiday home located in the heart of Cowes, near the sea offering the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. Sleeping up to 6 guests,
taking in the coastal beauty.
LOCATION
Penderic is conveniently located by the sea and High Street and to explore all Cowes has to offer. The pebble beach is a popular spot for a refreshing swim or enjoying the breath taking sunsets.
Renowned for its maritime culture including the iconic sailing event Cowes Week, the town boasts several heritage buildings including The Royal Yacht Squadron and Sir Max Aitken Museum, along with several sailing clubs, a high street offering a good selection of boutique shops, popular restaurants and bars. The scenic promenade offers a picturesque coastal walk leading to Gurnard, a coastal village on the outskirts of Cowes, with its lovely beach, sea side pub and sailing club.
Nearby attractions include the seaside home of Queen Victoria, the magnificent Osborne House, and the historic Carisbrooke Castle in Newport.
ACCOMMODATION
GROUND FLOOR
The ground floor entrance leads to a lobby with a ground floor ensuite bedroom offering a king sized bed which by request can be arranged as a twin) accessed via the dressing room. Over bed storage is provided along with a utility cupboard housing a washer/dryer, mini fridge, ironing board and clothes airer. The ensuite has step up shower, wc and hand basin.
1ST FLOOR
On this floor is an open plan living room, dinner and kitchen with sea views. The lounge area provides 2 comfortable sofas and tv. The kitchen / dining area offers everything you could need for preparing meals including an oven & induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer box, toaster, dishwasher, kettle, cafetiere.
2ND FLOOR
Open tread stairs lead to king sized bedroom that has bedside tables, wardrobe and steps up to roof terrace where guests can enjoy al fresco dining and stunning sea views over The Solent.
The bunk bedroom which has sea views is ideal for children.
OUTSIDE
There is allocated parking space for 1 small car to front of the property.
If a specific bed conjuration is preferred please request this at least 7 days to your arrival. If your request comes in after this time the change may not be possible.
PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO THE STAIRS, THIS PROPERTY IS NOT SUITABLE FOR THE LESS MOBILE.

Guests can choose to either pay a non-refundable damage waiver of £40 or provide a pre-authorised security deposit of £200 before check-in. If the security deposit option is selected, no money will be taken unless damage is reported at the property within 7 days after departure
There is no electric car charger on site and guests are prohibited from using the mains electric in the property to charge a car.
Pets: 1 well-behaved pet is welcome (£35 per pet, per week). Please bring your own pet bedding and add pets at booking so the fee is included. If undeclared pets are discovered, the fee will be requested separately.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
The Island Holiday Company are responsible for the full management of this property and should you need to contact us during your stay we are available between 9-5 Monday to Friday, We also operate an out of hours emergency service on the weekends - please refer to your property brochure left inside the property, for further information and contact details.
No stag or hen parties are permitted at any of our properties.
There is a strict no smoking/vaping policy, inside all our properties.
Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels as necessary.
