THE MAIN HOUSE

The main house offers a warm and inviting living area with a TV and artificial fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Phillip Island.

A fully equipped kitchen and dining area seating up to 6 guests makes shared meals easy, while the undercover deck includes a BBQ and outdoor dining space for enjoying time together.

Sleeping arrangements in the main house:
• 1 King bed
• 1 Queen bed

THE COTTAGE

The separate self-contained cottage provides additional space and privacy, making it ideal for extended family, couples or guests wanting their own retreat while still holidaying together.

The cottage includes its own fully equipped kitchen, dining area for 4 and a comfortable lounge space.

Sleeping arrangements in the cottage:
• 1 Queen bed upstairs
• 1 Single bed downstairs

The main cottage bedroom also features a TV and ensuite, creating a comfortable and private space.

Outside, a private courtyard connects the cottage to the main house deck, creating an easy flow between the two dwellings.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have exclusive access to both the main house and cottage, along with the surrounding outdoor areas.

Both dwellings are accessed through the shared courtyard, making it easy for your group to move between the two spaces throughout your stay.

Parking is available for up to two cars in the driveway, with additional space available inside the garage if required.

Self check-in is available, with check-in instructions provided prior to arrival.

GOOD TO KNOW

The property consists of two separate dwellings — the main house and cottage — located on the same private block and included together in your booking.

The courtyard and deck connect the two spaces, allowing groups to spend time together while still enjoying privacy indoors.

The property is located in a quiet residential area, so we ask guests to be respectful of neighbours, particularly during the evening.

Please note that the cottage has stairs leading to the upstairs bedroom and may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations.

We give guests space to enjoy their stay but are available if assistance is needed before or during your visit.
