"I had a terrible experience. Showed up around 3pm for check in. When they said I could check in and I was told that we had to wait to check in because the cleaning staff was behind because they were fully booked the previous night. How’s that my problem? My wife and I were driving for a while and looked forward to settling into our room before our reservations at 5:15. Wasn’t able to do that. Had to go to our reservation and finally get back and checked into our room at 10:00pm!!! Unacceptable. I would like to be compensated in some fashion."

"Maybe just a tough weekend but the credit card machine and room charge feature weren't working at the bar. The front doors kept opening and closing noisily despite the fact that no one was around them. On the other hand, the bartender D always makes this stop my favorite stop of the trip and so I'll never pick a different hotel on my way out of Columbus! Not to mention, the location so close to the rental drop off and airport is too convenient to pass up and the shuttle service is great."

"This place was the pits. You walked in and the smell of marijuana was so strong, You could barely breathe. When we got into the room, there was a great big cockroach in the bathroom, and the toilet seat had to be bolted back on because it was very very loose. The towels in the bathroom were so thin that you could see through them. The carpet in the hallway were so dirty and greasy kinda look like they were used for oil changes. Again, walking through the hallways the smell of marijuana was so bad. It was almost sickening. We were locked out of our room six times because the key cards would not work properly. I would not recommend this property for my dog to stay in. I will never stay in a La Quinta Inn no matter what part of the country it’s in. The only reason we stayed as long as we did as we went through a booking service and could not get out of that without having to pay for all three days of the room. As far as your property, there was no redeemable redeemable characteristics about it"
