The mountain views are absolutely breathtaking, the environment is peaceful and relaxing, and the breakfast was excellent with a great variety of fresh options. "Brilliant location (next to Arnouva gondola and ski hire shops and only two minutes down into town via escalator). Friendly helpful staff. Excellent buffet breakfast. Views from balcony rooms superb in good weather and towards Matterhorn. Very child friendly. Bar staff attentive. Will definitely stay again when visiting Crans-Montana. "
