"Pool and slide great for families with young and older kids. Different style of pool with no large area for play. Breakfast was ok, something off about the chunked eggs and sausages one day but the omlettes and sausage patties the next day were way better. Stayed on a thurs & friday so breakfast was very busy sat morning, there were several waffle machines and a whole wheat option which was nice. Convenient, reasonable priced laundry services and supplies on site. Easy and quick drive to stores and restaurants. Some furniture has worn but was still clean. Nice that hot drinks were available all day and not closed off. "

"2 staff members didnt know there was a dedicated dog run area with dog bags. One was extremely rude when i let him know as its a huge benefit to dog owners traveling."

"The location of the hotel is right beside the Pasqua hospital. They have a better rate if you have someone in the hospital and are really good with accommodating your time based on doctors decisions. We didn’t really use the amenities but the complimentary breakfast was excellent. "

"The property is run down from the outside, not anything close to what was advertised in Expedia(where I booked)...Upon arrival @ the property, I was attended as if I was ordering fast food by the drive-thru. I was outside in the cold, the lady was inside and door was locked, attending to me through the window. I have never seen this kind of hotel check-in in my life..Customer Service was negative O. The lady @ the front was extremely rude and won't book me and family because I booked one room with 2 beds for myself, spouse and 3 daughters (minors). She insisted I book an extra room for my 3 kids(ages 8 to15). I declined and cancelled my reservation. Horrible experience and I WON'T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE EVEN IF IT IS FOR FREE.. "

"I had stayed here for about a month consecutively. I was in town for work not knowing the duration of project at all, was booking short term at first then week to week. Host ead verh understanding regarding this which made everything less stressful of the situation. Had my daughter come visit me there very short notice which they were very considerate and welcoming to the request. Routinely checked in to make sure i had everything i needed and was comfortable.Overall, The suite is exactly as advertised. Its private, check in/out was quick and easy, quiet area, and very understanding, welcoming and friendly hosts. Definitely would recommend and would stay again without second thought. "

"Our host was responsive and welcoming. The location was great , easy to find and easy access. The unit was spacious and clean. I would definitely stay here again . There are a lot of stairs to get into the unit, which may be difficult for someone with mobility issues, for us it wasn’t a problem. "

"Property was good but getting a bit dated. Could use towel bars in the half bath and a few more tea towels. Our stay was fine and Ivy was able to accommodate our extra wishes. We would stay there again if the occasion arose. "

"Perfect place to stay in the summer. Lots of room for everyone to sleep or hang out, big space outside for lawn games, quiet street and great view of the lake on the deck attached to the master bedroom. Would stay at again for sure!"
