"Had a lot of options for breakfast. Clean room and friendly staff!"

"The room was clean, but the hotel is in a remodeling phase so there is evidence of it in the hallways etc. No work noise when we were there though. The staff were all very friendly and helpful Breakfast was good, the usual fare. Parking was perfect, well lighted and very close to our roomso we could carry our luggage out the side door without a cart. "

"When checking in there was a computer, zoom camera, sign-in tablet and a room key activation setup with a remote person (who knows where) on a computer screen greeting you. That person was not easy to understand with a thick accent. It was if I was talking to a robot that I found hard to understand. After checking in and receiving my activated key cards, we went to our room only to find out the keys didn’t open the door. I was told by the human/robot it was a malfunction of the door so we were assigned another room. The room was clean and comfortable but the face of the heating/cooling system was secured properly and fell off in the middle of the night. Bottom line, when I go to stay at a hotel, I would like to be greeted by an actual live bodied person, not a person who may be 7000 miles away with a hard to understand accent. "

"The room was clean and large, the breakfast was awesome, had 2 small omelette, 2 sausages, and about 6 bacon. I also had great coffee, apple juice, and a cheese danish. My only problem was the Hot tub was a little to hot for me, and someone used it for a bath so it was foamy.. "
