"Lovely little top floor flat in central Penzance. Had everything we needed for our stay and was well appointed, beautifully clean and warm on arrival. Instructions and communication from owner was spot on. We got the train so cannot comment on parking, but the flat is on a pedestrianised shopping street so there is no vehicular drop off immediately outside. We used the ‘Ride-on’cycle shop, a five minute walk from the bus and train station, to drop off our bags prior to check in and check out...

"Expensive but excellent location on a quiet lane in the center of old St. Ives. Parking spot includef, but beware that it is a considerable distance away near the top of a steep hill on Bishop St. Not a problem, just need to allow time for that. Dropping off luggage and picking up again at the end is possible (recommended) by driving directly to the front door. Tight lanes and roads double as pedestrian walkways in the center. The unit itself was excellent and exceeded expectations. Quiet...

"We were staying as a family of four adults. The location was in a quiet area overlooking the sea in the distance. The accommodation was very specious, clean and well equipped. One bedroom had a small en suite shower and toilet. There was also a bath with overhead shower and toilet in a separate room. We used the apartment as a base, exploring the nearby beaches and villages. The owner had thought of everything to make guests feel comfortable. The only downside was the noise from the two adults...

"We had a really lovely stay at the Cart Lodge in early October. The hosts kindly left us some local bread, eggs, jam and biscuits which was a lovely welcome. Everything was very clean and well looked after. The beds very comfortable and the bathroom was lovely and warm. Firewood had been provided, however we didn't need to use it. TV had lots of options. It would be nice to have an earlier check in time than 4pm, but everything with the property and hosts was fantastic. "

Great for early morning walks to the beach, and if you want to explore, most things are a short driving distance for hikes and other breathtaking nearby beaches. "This was the perfect place for my son and me to stay for a week, with beautiful scenery, stunning views, and complete peace and quiet that made it feel like our own private field. There was plenty of space for others to join with tents if needed, and the owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, along with their lovely dog. We enjoyed the games provided and relaxing evenings around the fire pit. It’s also just a 10-minute drive to the closest beach, while still being within easy driving...
