Spectacular Direct Oceanfront 2BR Condo in Emerald Isle NC Ocean Reef 7B1

"Excellent beach location and access to the ocean, just steps away. Very pleasant complex. I LOVED the two tennis courts and the fact that in late October, they were not locked up and shut down. Be aware that linen service is not provided at this rental, so we brought our own sheets and towels. There are sheet sets in closets and drawers to use, and they need to be washed, dried, and folded back when you leave the property. The kitchen pot holders were frayed, food soiled, greasy and frankly, needed to be replaced, so bring your own, too. Other than this, the place was nice. Be aware that there are a few low steps within this rental (from the kitchen to the family room area and getting in and out of the back slider and front door), so if steps are a concern please take this into account when staying here. We were there in October and it was warm and so was the ocean water. The area was quiet and peaceful and the few folks staying in this complex all acted like responsible adults."

"Amazing experience from start to finish! The staff was incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming. The food was good, and they even had a guest appreciation event where they were making breakfast sandwiches for everyone. Such a thoughtful touch, and everyone was so gracious. My only complaint during the entire stay was that the shower water rarely seemed to get hot. Other than that, I honestly couldn’t find anything negative to say. Wonderful staff, great hospitality, and an overall excellent experience. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The property is just as described with plenty of room for people to spread out or gather together. The kitchens are well equipped for feeding a large crowd. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub! The walk to the beach is close and easily navigated. The only detriment I can think of is the laundry, which is located downstairs. It would be nice if there was a walkway provided to get to the washer and dryer without having to walk on the dirt/gravel/sand area. Communication is swift and Danielle and Doug were great at attending to any issues that came up while we were vacationing. Would recommend!!"
