This 3 bedroom home has 2 queen bedrooms & 1 King bedroom w/ 300mb/s Wi-Fi & a desk just in case you need to work in between time at the springs! The sunroom also has a queen size sofa bed for extra guests & a pack n play!

Guests will have full access to the entire property with exception to the locked cleaner's cabinet.

Having a vehicle will be ideal in this location.

A separate $25 pet fee per pet per night will be requested after booking. For monthly stays (28 nights or longer), the pet fee is $195 per pet per month.

Please note that we do not have a traditional crib, but we do provide a Pack 'n Play for your convenience. If you plan to use it, kindly bring your own Pack 'n Play sheets .

Please be sure to message us if you would like to heat the pool during your stay as it is not heated full-time. $20 per night pool heating fee if you'd like it heated. This will be requested separately through Airbnb.

No local guests
Primary renter, a.k.a. the person that booked the house, be at least 21 years old.
Guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form and upload photo of government ID of the primary renter who makes the reservation.
stays of 28 nights or longer require a rental agreement signed before checkin, a copy of photo ID submitted to the host and a refundable $150 security deposit.

NO PARKING IN THE FRONT YARD OR SIDE YARD AS THE SEPTIC TANK AND DRAINFIELD ARE LOCATED THERE.
We charge $20 per night for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, we'd like to set your expectations that the pool temperature will continue to be determined by the weather temperature, as this is a contributing factor if the heat reaches its limit. The pool heater is on a timer and the heater runsfrom 8am to 8pm only.
Please note that the system automatically adds a $15 charge per person after the 5th guest. This is already reflected in the price if you indicate more than 5 guests at the time of booking. This way, smaller groups don’t pay the full rate for a larger group.
