"Great stay. Centrally located to shopping, restaurants and bars. The staff are amazing and the suites are newly renovated and very clean. Our only beef was the noise level at night. It's a dog friendly hotel, which is awesome, however we listened to dogs barking and howling most of the night... Ask for a top floor room."

"Tv kept cutting off, no picture. Sometimes wouldn't change the channel or slow down at least. Couldn't get into your vehicle when it was raining without getting your shoes and socks drenched. The engineering of water flow in the parking lot couldn't be worse, especially the handicap spot in front of the office. 6" of water in a puddle over the width of a vehicle. Black mold on the tiles in the handicap rooms. Handicap room, bathroom door will not open all the way because it hits the bed. ADA regulations are abused. The bathroom floor is slicker than ice when wet."

"It was a lovely spot, within walking distance of my daughter's house.My only concern was that I was not sent the entry code by email (which is what I am used to) and my technically superior daughter had to rescue me the night I arrived by going on the web site to find it"

"Room was great, staff was wonderful, food was Terrible. My chicken sandwich was one piece of overcooked chicken, one piece of burnt bacon a slice of craft singles cheese un melted, bread was untoasted, and there was no condiments… fries were good"

"Staff was great and super friendly. My complaints are that the room was not super clean. The bathroom sink was filthy, and you could see water stains on the shower from previous use. A lot of the walls had noticeable paint chips and the bed frames were extremely worn out and pealing. Also, although the elevator says you cannot use it without a keycard 99% of the time you could go in and press a button without scanning the card and it would work. From a safety standpoint I wasn’t a fan of that. As far as location this hotel is very central to downtown and it was $35 a day to park in the garage which was cheaper and safer that areas near by I felt."

"We had a group of 5 and fit very comfortably, with extra room to spare. The home was so nice, the layout was perfect and location great. I would 10/10 recommend staying here and would do so again if I’m ever in the Portland area. Hottub was a huge plus!"
