Muy mal servicio los colchones el desayuno pan todo duro fruta en malas condiciones y me quedé solamente 3 días y hablé a expidia para haber si pudiera aser algo por que voy a trabajar en Toluca toda una semana y me dijieron que no está bien ya mi equipo legal van a trabajar con profeco para seguir con los pasos legales

El volumen de la TV era muy bajo y no se escuchaba por el ruido del aire acondicionado que tenía que estar encendido por el calor excesivo de la habitación. El desayuno estuvo horrible, los chilaquiles eran totopos con agua de tomatillo, el recipiente de la crema todo batido y roto, no daban ganas de agarrarlo, la actitud de las de la cocina fue pésima. Su transporte no esta disponible los fines de semana, no hay chofer y me parece una estupidez, sin darnos alternativas. NO RECOMIENDO ESTE ONE CUAUTITLÁN, he estado en otros One y mi experiencia no ha sido tan nefasta como en este One.

In general a very calm and pleasant hotel to stay in. Parking and location very convenient. The staff really helpful and friendly. The room pretty comfortable. Breakfast could be better. But in general a really good place to stay at.
