Terrible Service

I called beforehand to ask about my second pet and they said it was no issue or extra charge, one I arrived they made a big fuss and wanted to make an extra charge before check-in for both pets (when none should be charged) and overall making us feel unsafe. Had to stay in a different place and hotel wouldn't wage cancellation after the whole fiasco on their side.

Las habitaciones son pequeñas, pero limpias y cómodas. El único inconveniente es que no cuentan con aire acondicionado y el calor húmedo lo requiere. El personal muy amable y con buena disposición.
