"We didn't receive the accessible room we reserved. They gave away the room we reserved and only had 1 king accessible room left which didn't work for our family of 3, so we had to stay in a inaccessible room. The staff wasn't very concerned about it. This is the first year we've had trouble there of the the years we've stayed. Apparently they're under new management. We won't stay there next year."

"Curtain fell down when my wife tried to open it blinds were all busted and waited over a day before we asked to either just swap rooms or them to fix it, the pool will be closed if it’s 100° outside with one cloud in the sky because it might rain , washer and dryer do not work , four hours after we had left because we didn’t turn in the key they assumed we wanted to stay another week and charged my card $600 without my consent or even calling me I can not recommend staying here as the owner is...

"This place needs shut down. There were stains on the sheets and it smelt like mold/mildew. The front desk lady asked me to go get her and 2 other people McDonalds. She gave me $20 and it was $26. 1/2 star dump"
