Our only criticism is that the information available about “pet friendly” accommodation on the website was inconsistent with the information provided by the host. Information at the property requested visitors to keep their pets outside and this condition was not communicated at the time of booking. It is reasonable to assume that accommodation described as “pet friendly” would allow pets inside!"
