The lobby is very basic with no real sitting area and the entrance to the hotel is on the backside not the street level which is inconvenient when arriving and unloading. It’s not clearly noted and is a bit confusing. Room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. Pillows were very hard unfortunately. There is a small, complimentary coffee station in the lobby that is a nice perk. "
