Rooms were not clean, the sheets look like they've never been changed and somebody had slept in there before. They were dirty. And there were bugs crawling around all inside the rooms. Do not recommend staying here unless you have no other choice.

Our stay at the red roof inn was horrible. W would never recommend anyone to stay there. If we had another hotel we could have stayed at we would have. Or we would have asked for a refund. The reason why I’m saying that is because the first room we had there was roaches in the room. So we asked for another room which we were given. And then that room had bugs in it and when we were going to warm up some food the microwave was nasty and dirty. So we went downstairs to let them k ow someone came to our room to clean it with some kind of fabulouslo. I was really disappointed with the rooms. We also had to clean the filter for the heater because the room was cold. As we cleaned the filter it was so dirty. We ended up having to sleep in our clothes because of no heat. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone ever.

First room was obviously not cleaned, ashes on beside table, partially eaten food in fridge. Room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while! Window was open, no way to lock window. Went to front desk, they gave me another room, however this room was just as dirty. I checked back out without staying!

Disappointing stay. Check in was easy. Stairwell walk up to third floor - no elevator - was a bit dirty. Bathroom door in room had large crack running across it. Bathroom sink didn’t have a stopper. Hot water didn’t work at all. Cold water leaked in a small, steady stream. I told the front desk but no action was taken. Furniture in room was looking pretty rough. Quiet. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Very convenient location right off VA 29 and close to places to eat.
