"Hotel very kindly upgraded our room. We had a great view over the city quay. Lots of floor space and storage space. It was a nice change to see a bath as well as a shower. We’ve stayed before and we like the hustle and bustle about the place. Unfortunately, our stay was brief but we’ll definitely stay again."

"Great accommodation - really comfortable room with ensuite. Shower was amazing. Good communication from hosts including parking options. Close to tram station, grocery shop, cafes and pubs. Keyless entry works well. Coffee machine in foyer is a great bonus. Highly recommend"

"Good central location and really helpful to have onsite parking. The room was very clean - other than one soiled towel which was quickly replaced. Self service breakfast was adequate - our only issue was the quality of the sausages, bacon and scrambled eggs - which also weren’t replenished timeously. Would we stay there again - yes"
