"In short, the property, staff and dining were all very nice 💗 Its so beautiful, so I do plan to go back but would book a specialty room vs the Standard. That really was my only gripe with our stay and is a bulk of my review. The property is set up as 3 independent sections (Tropical, Seaview, and Standard). We booked a Standard room, which is located in what feels like an apartment with a nice pool area. It’s ever so slightly away from the main part of the resort, but there’s a walkway by the pool area which leads you to the rest of the property. I was a bit disappointed by Standard, I thought it was the room type vs general area. I didn’t realize the whole property wasn’t designed like Tropical (which is what you mostly see online). Standard is OK, it’s clean and simple and just good for sleeping vs. getting those stellar views you see online. But in any case, you can still access the Tropical and Seaview pools so that makes up for it. The first few nights we did have an issue with a smell in our room, but the staff was SO understanding when we asked someone to fix it (and it worked!) Anything we needed (room service, cleaning, outlet converters etc.) the staff were so polite and attentive. Definitely make sure you have Whatsapp download as thats the main way you can contact them. Overall the resort was gorgeous and felt refreshing. Plus, you’re right by Mood Beach, Mambo Beach BLVD, and other beach clubs which are the main hot spots. Absolutely stay here if you can 🌴🍹"

"Die Bilder sagen mehr als 1000 Worte. Wir haben eine wunderbare Ferienwohnung angetroffen mit einer herrlichen Terrasse. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der ganzen Wohnsituation. Sie können die Wohnung bedenkenlos mieten. Was uns allerdings nicht so gut gefallen hat, waren die Informationen zum Checkin. Es gab eine genaue Wegbeschreibung ,doch man teilte uns nicht mit, dass wir, um auf das Gelände zu kommen, ein Tor passieren muss, welches sich nur über eine Fernbedienung öffnen ließ. Diese hatten wir nicht und auch nicht den Code für das Fußgängertor.Wir standen sehr hilflos da und wussten nicht weiter. Ein netter Portier des Nachbarhotels hat uns versucht zu helfen und schließlich ging das Tor auch auf und wir konnten mit dem Auto zu unserer Wohnung fahren. Das war eine sehr angespannte Situation für uns und wir verstehen auch nicht, warum es nicht beim Checkin mitgeteilt wurde. Ferner mussten wir, ohne dass wir das vorher wussten, unterschreiben, dass wir eventuell Strom -Geld nachbezahlen müssen. Es wurde ein Foto des Stromzählers gemacht. Wäre ja auch grundsätzlich in Ordnung, aber über unseren Anbieter war nie davon die Rede, dass wir uns anteilig an Strom zu beteiligen hätten. Das war irgendwie immer im Hinterkopf, obwohl wir grundsätzlich sehr sparsam mit Strom umgehen. Beim Checkout wurden dann die Strommenge notiert. Aber wir haben bislang nichts gehört. Da wäre es doch besser, wenn all diese Dinge im Vorfeld kommuniziert werden."

"Amazing property. Location is perfect. Lots of shops, restaurants, and rental car services very near. The patio is huge with direct access to the pool. Beach is extremely close and this property is in alignment with the smooth vs rocky side of the beach. My only very small complaint is that visitors above dropped pistachio nuts that in turn brought ants to the patio."

Everyone had plenty of room to spread out, and the layout made it easy to relax after a day out. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and everything felt well-maintained and thoughtfully set up.What really makes this location special is everything around it. You’re right by Mambo Beach, which is perfect for families—calm water, easy access, and plenty to do. There are tons of nearby restaurants, shops, and activities within walking distance, so you never feel stuck or limited. Whether you want a beach day, casual dining, or something a little more lively in the evening, it’s all right there.This place struck the perfect balance between relaxing and having things to do, which is exactly what we were looking for.If you’re traveling with a family (especially with kids), I highly recommend this property. CURACAO OCEAN FRONT APARTMENT WITH PRIVATE DOCK AND A FANTASTIC VIEW

"The property had everything needed. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of ice, freezer packs, seasonings, oils and vinegar, coffee pods, teas. Washing machine with provided detergent pods and a hanging rack outdoors. Plenty of toilet paper, tissues and paper towel. The property was immaculate and Karin met us at check in and check out. The CURACAO Ocean Resort is a gated community and access to the lovely private beach was a short walk (or swim) away. However with a deck right on the water with easy ladder access we never used the beach. We chose CURACAO for snorkeling not realizing the best snorkeling was right in our backyard! And as others mentioned, mornings usually started with dolphins chattering and doing their jumps at the adjacent aquarium. Finally, the provided cooler, beach mats and chairs were well used when visiting the island’s gorgeous beaches. "
