Wonderful!

The staff was absolutely wonderful! The room I had was in the middle, and I didn't have any windows and could hear everything that was happening, but overall it was a great experience.

It’s a friendly budget hotel, nearby main Cusco Plaza. Walking short distances to all major attractions in Cusco. On the last day I got high altitude sickness and the staffs helped me with oxygen breathing and I received decent care. Very appreciated the hospitality! I recovered within 1-2 hours.

Great location .

Service is great . Location is great walking to the main plaza . Only complain is that they did n have a fan and I was unable to open the window as it was used as storage in the other side . I felt claustrophobic with no running air . Beside the hotel is a dancing place that has loud music until 4 am . It doesn’t bother me me but I could hear although I don’t have a window . Be sure you know about it or ask for a specific room. Breakfast is great . Seri ice is outstanding.

Very friendly and helpful staff. If not for them, especially Harold, this would be a 1-star review. Big problem is location next to 3-story night club with booming music penetrating every corner of every room from 21:00 until 4:00. No way to have a minute of usable sleep until 4:00 in the morning.

El personal es muy amable y servicial, te incluye el desayuno y si tu tour sale muy temprano y no alcanzas el desayuno te ofrecen prepararte algo pequeño para llevar así sean las 4 am, está en la mejor ubicación posible justo es la plaza de armas, lo cual como es de esperarse también tiene sus desventajas ( como cualquier otro hotel que esté justo en la plaza) hay bares por ahí y los Cusqueños después de salir de los bares están justo fuera del hotel haciendo mucho ruido, recomiendo llevar tapones para los oídos. De ahí en más todo perfecto, encontrarán este defecto en cualquier hotel que tenga esa ubicación tan buena.

Achei que a cama de casal era pequena, e a estrutura do quarto antiga. Haviam pontos no chão com um pouco de sujeira, precisam dar mais atenção nisso.. o chuveiro muito bom, mas demora um pouco pra aquecer. Há uma discoteca ao lado do hotel e dá para ouvir um pouco do quarto. A localização é excelente, o pessoal da recepção simpático, o café da manhã bom.

Super recomendo, amei!!

A única reclamação que tenho a fazer é o elevador não estar funcionando e não ter um funcionário para ajudar com as malas a subir as escadas. O café da manhã é bem basico, nao tem bolo ou biscoito. Creio que poderia ser melhor. E só essas ponderações, pois de resto eu amei e é la que quero ficar novamente quando voltar a Cusco. Localizado na esquina da Plaza de Armas, é confortavel, limpo e os funcionários Victor, Harold e Ruthy sao muito queridos ❤️. Já estou com saudades.
