The property is amazing but the staff takes the prize. Meeting us with beautiful smiles every day and being so helpful all the time it really made us feel as if we were in a big community house. We will defnitly be staying in this hostel again here and anywhere else we find it :)

Great location and staff is incredibly helpful and accommodating. They make every detail of your travel stress free. I am a more quiet traveler and I will say that the clientele of this hostel tend to be more extraverted.

Stayed here twice before and after a trek. Very social, felt very safe and was staffed overnight, lots of spaces inside to sit and chill or work. Everywhere was kept clean and I appreciated little things like the railings to dry clothes or towels, the water refills and free coca tea, and that I could store my luggage securely whilst trekking. Staff all very friendly and helpful.

I had an incredible stay at Viajero Hostel Cusco, and I’m genuinely grateful for the amazing team that made my experience unforgettable. First, a huge shoutout to Ever, who brought so much joy, energy, and fun to every activity. He organized everything perfectly... from the games to the tours, creating an atmosphere where everyone felt welcome, connected, and ready to enjoy the best of Cusco. Ever truly made the social experience exceptional! I also want to highlight the impeccable cleanliness maintained by Roxana. Every corner of the hostel was spotless, and the rooms were always fresh, tidy, and comfortable. Her dedication and effort did not go unnoticedit made the entire stay feel safe, cozy, and extremely well cared for.

My experience at Kokopalli Hostel in Cusco was truly delightful. The hostel offered excellent amenities and a fantastic location. I want to give a special mention to Christian, the bartender and manager, for going the extra mile to make not only me but also other guests feel right at home every single day. Gracias! Ps. He also makes delicious Pico sours.

I loved staying here. Full of young-ish people with lots of energy. Ping pong and foosball tables. Social spaces. Really nice private room with bath. Pretty nice communal showers for the hostel-style rooms if you go that route. Staff were so helpful and friendly, it was amazing. Service on par with the finest hotels I have stayed at anywhere. The location is awesome, close to the main square in the historic center. I stayed here twice and would highly recommend it.

Everything felt seamless, from check-in to the awesome food and drinks they have, social events, and the colourful community spaces they had available there. I love this hotel. Yes it’s full of young people backpacking around and I’m 56. But the whole vibe is fun and adventure and meeting new people and having a great time. Our room was clean and chic and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. I highly recommend this place.
