"The hotel has a nice vibe and a great bar and restaurant lounge area. There is a nice menu with pizza and pasta, sandwiches and salads, a a full cocktail menu. There are comfy couches and books in a quieter area off the lobby as well. Our room was clean and comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. We got a last minute reservation after our flight was cancelled and it was easy to take a free bus from Terminal 1 to Terminal 2 and cross the street to the hotel. The helpful person who checked us in was able to get us a room that we could access early and it was much appreciated."

"A wonderful and majestic old hotel very well maintained with a beautiful park around it. Views of the lake and the Alps. A stylish cocktail bar and lobby area. I had a very nice at the restaurant. Don't forget to check out the wine list. Excellent service."

"We really enjoyed our stay. We were there just after the season ended so the restaurant had sadly just closed. But the town was still lovely, we were able to get food easily. The front desk attendants were always very helpful and nice and the hotel was lovely. The view is unmatched. Honestly I am still thinking about sitting out on the balcony looking out at the mountains and the lake."
