- Gas BBQ grill is available
- No children allowed due to it's rurality
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- No smoking inside the tiny home, except in designated areas
- Recycling/compost bins are provided to dispose of rubbish properly
- The first load of firewood is free; extra firewood will cost $10 per tub
- Mobile signal good for Telstra, Optus, and Vodafone; others are weak
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
- Only one pet is allowed with 24 hours prior notice, and it must be leashed at all times. The full policy will be sent before arrival.
Important note:
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- To maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our compost toilet a minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of 5 nights or more. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a hygienic experience during your stay.
