"Room was not well cleaned , windows were grubby and not cleaned one of the tea cups had dried coffee stains down side not washed correctly, 2 of the four ceiling lights in bathroom were not working and the air conditioner had to be turned off at night as made such a noise every few minutes We were woken Sunday evening with 3 fire alarm warnings going off whilst asleep after 11pm then woken again around 6.30am with further alarm’s activated not a good start to our journeys day back so we got...

"The property is conveniently placed just off the M4. Making it very easy to explore the surrounding area. Lots of beaches and shopping just a short drive away. The room was a generous size. The breakfast was good and plentiful. We were made to feel very welcome and our every request was handled efficiently and with kindness. Our dog was taken ill while there and the staff were caring and supportive but not intrusive. We were fortunate to find a good vet nearby. I can recommend Shepherds in Port...

"The hotel seems to be a shadow of its own glory. Staffs were nice and helpful. We went there during the time when hot wave hitting the UK in July 2026. The room has no A/C and walking into the room feels like walking into a sauna. It was not at all comfortable. Good view of Aberavon beach from the room though."
