"WOW WOW WOW What a hotel. Absolutely stunning decor and immaculately clean. Staff are super helpful (you do need google translate) but they go out of their way to help. Buffet dinner was questionable but I did arrive very late so I’ll caveat that. Breakfast buffet was much much better. European and Chinese food on offer. Chefs will cook you fresh eggs/omelette if you ask (not obvious to non Chinese). Bar/lounge is stunning but people can smoke indoors so there’s a smell if you’re a non smoker. Room service is delivered by robot and I could follow those ‘guys’ around all day. Amazing technology. Amazing views of the Olympic park if you’re on the correct side of the hotel."
