Little Riverside is an amazing property and the staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond. My son and I were there for 2 nights in June 2023 and enjoyed the rooftop pool and hospitality of Little Riverside.

Lovely hotel with excellent service just a short walk from town. Highly recommended. The constant push for 'reviews' was a bit tiresome.

From the rexeption staff and the accomodations we had great exoerience. We had a full massage from Ana and Eva were very professional given the best massage. I felt to sleep. On the reception Min and Amber helpfull and well spoken Very happy to stay on this wonderful hotel

Paradise on earth ! Hoi An is a wonderful city, and living in this hotel made my stay magical !!! Staff was the best I’ve ever met in a hotel, happy to explain to me the city and recommend what I needed. Amazing room - no words to describe it !! Great location near the center and many benefits provided by the hotel that cooperates with local businesses securing beneficial prices for its guests. Excellent experience !!!!!!!

We enjoyed our stay with you very much. Especailly we would like to thank you for your kindness and hospitality to Amber who welcomed us with a big smie and her kindess made our stay very comfortable. We also appriciate all other staff member with your excellent sevices. Breakfast was excellent with a different menu everyday, we were served with Vietnamese iced coffee in the morning and it was so tasy. Each room and bath was wll decorated and comfortable. This trip was unfogettable for us, thank you so very much!

Loved the staff, loved the breakfast. Lots of tasty local dishes as well as western standards, and savoury options and changing tasty salads. The coffee was fantastic too. Loved the view, loved our bathroom and decor. Loved the location, just far enough away from centre but an easy enough 10 min walk. Walking along the river was lovely and the evening breeze a godsend! Really liked the staff and supervisors coming and introducing themselves. Services explained without any hard sell Not as nice: Some noise from other rooms and the river. Pool area in roof a little sad and the water a little warm for my tastes. No Netflix on TV. Espresso martini during happy hour was pretty awful. Bed is firm, which you may or may not like, we slept well.

We had a river view suite, and it was lovely and comfortable. We enjoyed having a sitting area, and we loved the river view. The boats on the river are noisy in the early evening, but late evening and mornings, the room is quiet. The pool area was lovely, and we enjoyed taking breaks from the heat there and having drinks and even lunch poolside. Breakfasts were varied and delicious, with buffet offerings that included both Western and Asian options. We went for massages at the spa twice, and had wonderful treatments by Carol, Mary, and Jasmine. All the staff were excellent: helpful, attentive, and courteous. A special shoutout to May, Aimee, and Brian. We loved the charming decor of our room and the hotel, in general, and we thought the location was ideal, being a little bit outside of the hubbub of Old Town, but still a very close walk, either along the river or along the street. The only negative was that the security alarm on the doors was so sensitive, it was necessary to shut the door quite hard the first time and not double check by trying the door again. We weren't the only ones on our floor with this issue, and it sometimes made for a bit of a disturbance.
