Away from the Beach crowd but next to the biggest club in the city. Rooms are large, modern and clean, breakfast buffet is excellent. My choice over Novotel.

Great stay even greater staff.

Lucie by herself has earned a 10/10 with her level of customer service. She offered trip excision ideas and options. Food recommendations and even walked me to view a couple of room options before I chose one. The rooms are nice and modern on par with the bigger brands found in Marriott. All of the staff were super kind and welcoming. I’ll definitely come back I visit Da Nang.

Me and my brother stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. We enjoy the service they provided to us and the kindness of the staff towards the guests are just exceptional. I would like to highlight a staff member (Rose) who helped us with the process with everything including transport to and from the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel to others and I would encourage everyone to try this hotel.

Really great property to stay in, the staff were very friendly and great. Best part of the hotel is their wide variety of breakfast selection (which tasted great). We spent the beginning of tet lunar with this hotel so it was great to see the preparations for the new year. Unfortunately I did not get to use much of their amenities but enjoyed staying the hotel itself. The room was quiet and the bed soft, the only downside to the hotel is the property’s location other to that I would strongly recommend this hotel.

Love this property.

Highly recommended, Ms Ashley from front desk has been extremely helpful to our needs. Hotel is in a centralised location with good access to eateries and convenient stores. Room is clean and comfortable too.

The staff was amazing. Rose assisted us with all our bookings to Ba Na Hills and Hoi An, coordinating all the logistics and tickets needed. Felix had great energy, and made us feel welcome upon our return from day excursions, and I enjoyed the conversations we had.

I stayed here overnight as a break from taking the rail from Hanoi to Saigon. November isn't the best time to visit Danang as it was pouring down rain the entire time, but the hotel was a great experience! The breakfast on the top floor is fantastic and it has a great view of the city around it. The pool looks like a tropical oasis (even if it was cold to swim in). I did use the hotel car service to visit Hoi An, which was quite magical, even in the downpour, and to travel to the train station.

Beautiful and clean property. However, I could hear everyone singing karaoke from the building next door even though I was reassured that I wouldn’t hear it. Also, something beeped in the room when I checked in then on the second night the AC started to make noise, I couldn’t sleep well. The staff was very friendly and helpful though.

My mrs was going to be much harsher in her review somi said leave it to me please for the hotels sake.here goes i will do my best to be fair. Clean yes, building looks good in and out but here “looks are deceiving” This hotel is safe, overall friendly check in and lobby staff good. the stay was ok the views good and lake view also good. Semi indoor pool was freezing my mrs was not happy. Not a soul at the pool i wonder why??? Indoor pool side service = 0/10â€Ļnot even at the bar with nothing in it to buy lmao.. 0â€Ļ Rooftop pool closed 7/7 days,0/10. Rooftop Bar area closed 5 out of 7 night a week. Rooftop service when open slow and sad, not happy to be there the 2 nights they are open. 4/10.. We stayed 5 nights and we wouldn’t stay there again for more than 1 night sorry. Felt like skeleton crew with phones in front at all times. We paid just under $200 aud a night and got much better 5* hotels with grand service for less in our 1 month stay in vietnam. This hotel was the biggest disappointment for us out of 6 5* hotels. I must be honest sorry. A 5star hotel that felt like a 4 starâ€Ļ
