This hotel was great. Very clean and very nice staff. They provide bikes that allow you to quickly get into the heart of Hoi An and experience it. We really liked that it was just outside the old city - it felt like a nice retreat while still being close to everything.

This hotel is a little outside the very touristic areas, but still very easy to walk to and much quieter It is super clean and the staff is very friendly and useful. The breakfast buffet is not extravagant but has still many options . There is a great restaurant 3 houses down (Cobbs) that you really need to try. We will definitely go back should we visit Hoi An again

Perfect property for hoi an

Absolutely wonderful stay in the perfect property. The staff throughout were wonderful with both help and suggestions. My wife needed a visit to a local hospital and they were quick to help organize. Location is perfect, close enough to walk but far enough to still be quiet. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Pool was very relaxing. Hope to be back!

This hotel shoukdnt be rated 4 stars, its loud, the staff was unhelpful when asked about anything and they were incinsistant with the prices when asking to book more nights. The price increased from 630k to 1 million upon asking for one more night. This made my decission to not stay here any longer. It is clear through interactions with the owner of the hotel they are only interested in money and not guest satisfaction. Repeat, not the staff, the staff did their best, it was the owners fault.

מלון במיקום טוב יחסית, מרחק הליכה קצר מהטיילת המרכזית אך מרוחק מכל הרעש. חדר ברמה מפתיעה לטובה, בריכה מאוד נחמדה לשיזוף וטבילה, שירותים/מקלחת ברמה טובה כולל אמבטיה. ארוחת בוקר מעורבת ברמה נחמדה כולל חביתה שמכינים לפי בקשה. אין אפשרות לאטום את החדר מאור אז רק במידה ולא מפריע או משתמשים בכיסוי עיניים. בשני בקרים התחילו קדיחות לידנו ב 08:30 בדיוק כשהתעוררנו אז לא היה קריטי אבל יכול להעיר אחרים.

Vi var en familie på.5 voksne. Hotellet var veldig ok og vi trivdes godt på de 2 nettene vi var der. Det beste med Hotellet var at vi kunne låne sykler gratis. Hele familien syklet til gamle byen. Frokosten var ok, mye likt på andre hoteller.i Vietnam. Alt ialt anbefales hotellet til andre reisende.

후기가 좋아 선택했는데 체크아웃 할 때 바로 앞에서 후기작성 해달라고 요청 받았어요. 그래서 다들 안 좋게 쓸 수가 없었구나 생각했어요. 전체적으로 나쁘지는 않았지만 친절도는 다른곳에 비해 조금 떨어진 것 같고, 사진상으로 넓어보이는 방도 실제로는 거의 평범한 수준이었어요. 가격 대비 만족도는 떨어졌어요. 조식뷔페에는 음식들에 대한 설명이 부족했고 음식도 다양하지는 않았어요. 3.5성급 정도의 느낌입니다. 다음번에는 예약하지 않을 것 같아요.

Lovely Hotel

It's our second stay here, four years on & it has changed slightly. Still great Hotel. Had Deluxe Pedicure with Tam best I have ever had. Only complaint is the laundry, I went to great lengths to make sure they used hangers for some items I even drew a picture!! But still came back folded in laundry bag very creased Over all still lovely hotel.
