It's a good property to stay with proximity to all near by tourist places. Nguyen was top class with her service right from the welcome drink at the checkin to arranging transport at check out she was very attentive and prompt with her service's

My stay at Villa Orchid Garden Riverside in Hoi An was nothing short of wonderful. The friendliness and warmness of the staff really shone through. The property’s riverside location provides a peaceful atmosphere and picturesque view and yet it is still very accessible and walkable to nearby attractions. Shoutout to Tran, Lee and the entire team for making my stay in Hoi An so memorable.

This feels like it should be a secret it’s so good

Simply an amazing gem of a place that is hard to summarise in words or photos. We had a fantastic stay at this amazingly floral location by the river… it really does live up to its name! The garden of orchids surrounds the private and secluded pool area. From the top floor, 2-room mini apartment we had 360 views (and a river view to boot), 2 (!) bathrooms that feel semi indoor/outdoor and fabulous air-con. Breakfast was leisurely and with a great selection of fruits, juices, coffee, eggs… you name it. A special mention to Lee and Gwen who take pride in knowing all the great places to eat, drink, get massages, taxis and have a friendly team supporting the exceptional service we were shown. Handy bike loans meant when we felt like it, the busy town centre was a short ride, and even the beach didn’t seem too far a cycle. Would recommend this to all and everyone in a heartbeat. Thank you team Orchid Garden!

Excellent Boutique Hotel.

Great little hotel, roughly 20 minutes walk from Japanese Bridge but with a lovely riverside setting. Rooms were excellent and the fact it has a swimming pool to relax around was an added bonus. Hotel provides free bicycle hire if you want to use them to get in to town/explore the surrounding area. Would definitely stay again and have recommended to friends already!

Loved our stay! The villas, the pool, the staff, the location, everything was fabulous. Breakfast was super yummy. We rode the free bikes everyday, which was so easy to get around. The location is perfect and really safe with kids who can just walk out along the riverfront where there are heaps of cafes and restaurants. Old town is just a 5 min ride away. We’d stay again definitely if we get the chance to return.

Hidden gem of peace & quiet

Hidden gem of Hoi An. Beautiful space right on the river with garden, pool courtyard, and lovely rooms. Clean and comfortable. A bit off the beaten track and away from the crowds- 15 min walk/5 min taxi to Old Town. We would definitely stay here again. The staff are wonderful and give lots of tips, information, and more.

Mon séjour à l'hôtel Villa Orchid Garden Riverside à Hoi An a été merveilleux ! L'endroit est charmant, avec une ambiance paisible. La chambre était confortable et propre, et le personnel était très accueillant. L'emplacement près du centre historique de Hoi An était très pratique pour explorer la ville à pied ou les alentours à vélo (mis à disposition) Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour un séjour agréable à Hoi An.

This place was amazing! Their hospitality was second to none. Clean rooms, quiet area, just a short walk from the old town. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. Would stay there again!

Très bel établissement de taille humaine, une quinzaine de chambres, dans un endroit tranquille de la ville, Au bord de la rivière, sur une route peu passante mais avec beaucoup de restaurants, avec une très belle piscine au milieu d'un jardin d'orchidées. Chambre spacieuse et bien aménagée avec une belle salle de bain. Bel endroit face à la rivière pour les petits déjeuners, qui sont excellents et copieux. Il dispose de vélos en libre service permettant de relier le facilement le centre ville en 10 mn, la plage ou coconut village. Le personnel, très attentionné, et efficace. Verdict : excellent choix !

Fantastic place, lovely room, great pool and the staff are amazing, kind and very helpful. Plenty of places to eat within 5 minute walking distance and about 10 minute walk into Old Town! My first choice to stay when I come back to visit again!

The staff were fantastic and really made our stay! Pool lovely and not as warm as some of the others across sout east Asia that we have swam in. The beds were a bit hard but the staff added some extra padding underneath to make it more comfortable. The water pressure was a little funny- had to turn shower on and then fiddle with the sink tap to get the pressure to come through and the hot water. Overall it was a really great stay!

Brilliant

A great place to stay. A little way out of the main area but a nice walk along the river. Staff were great and gave us plenty of information about where to go and what to see. FireFly restaurant just round the corner was excellent as well. We had an early flight and had to leave at 6am and arrived to a package of Bahn Mi rolls and a fruit salad and taxi waiting at the door. Fantastic!

Perfect place to stay in Hoi An!

We travelled in SE Asia for 6 weeks and this was by far the highlight of our trip!! We absolutely loved our stay. The staff are incredible! Especially Nguyen who helped us book things locally as well as our boat trip in Ha Long Bay. When we arrived we were greeted with the most delicious banana pancake with coconut cream that we continue to dream about. All the food and service were amazing! It's about a mile away from the center of everything but we really liked that. There are free bicycles and we would either ride those or take a lovely walk. It's also only about a 20 minute bike ride from the beach. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the pool was great. We can't wait for our next opportunity to visit again and in the meantime will recommend this place to every one we can! Thanks for everything :)

A hidden gem

The location is great as it's nice and quiet but it only takes a few minutes to get into town on the free bikes, and cycling round hoi an was one of the highlights of our trip! The rooms are lovely and spacious, and the outside shower was great in the heat. The pool area is lovely and I would defo stay there again.
