The bed was comfortable, and the shower pressure and temperature were superb. I've stayed there twice now and I was satisfied both times. The only thing I was missing was a microwave in the room. There is a hot water kettle though.

The location was absolutely fantastic and the room was large. The one thing I didnt like as much is the shower and I think we were missing hand soap in our room. Overall I loved the stay.

Room is clean & spacious. Washing machine, laundry rack, fridge & cooker are provided in the room. You can get laundry detergent & cooking equipments from front desk if needed. Dryer is available at commom area. Close to Goverment Complex train station * bus stop. Plenty of eateries. 24 hours front desk with helpful staff.

The receptionist was friendly. There is a kitchen but no kitchenware. There was even a washing machine in the room; this was handy. The mattress is hard and the plastic protection sheet did not feel comfortable. The rest was fine (but not particularly clean). Maybe the best thing was the low price.

An excellent little property! It doesn't look like much from the outside, and the rooftop deck needs a lot of work, but the studio apartment itself was spacious and very comfortable, with plenty of storage space and handily equipped with an induction stovetop (you can borrow all sorts of cutlery, crockery, pots and pans downstairs) and washing machine (there are communal dryers upstairs). The wet room design (nothing separating the shower from the toilet) may not be convenient for some but is fairly common in the country, so be ready to adapt to that. Internet was blazingly fast at 80-100mbps up and down. From the hotel, the big emart hypermart is a convenient 5 mins away, the upmarket timezone mall just a fraction further, and there are plenty of local and international food options nearby. All in all, good value and a great stay!

Excellent location in the shopping/restaurant district. Quick access via bus to the convention center, a 16 min metro ride to Daejeon station, walking distance to Galleria time world and there's a Paik's coffee - we grew fond of their fun and affordable coffee drinks - right across the street. We appreciated the in-room washer and communal driers (though some of them often errored out), communal microwave, and an in-room electric kettle. Room was spacious enough with plenty of storage spaces/racks. The shower area had virtually no separation from the toilet area so humidity was a little issue, but thankfully our towels were changed every day. They didn't provide large bath towels ever though, always just two smaller towels- perhaps that was an ecology consideration based on how much energy it takes to get the large towels dried, in retrospect. Sometimes the front desk lacked English speaking staff but they tried through a translator app and clearly indicated when English staff would be on site, which we appreciated. Definitely a good value for the price paid.

Good location in the downtown. Lot of restaurants and stores around. Helpful staff. Pictures are pretty better than in real. Shower with the toilet. No cleaning or warer in the room in 4 nights. Cramped room.
