This home is complete with 2 kitchens, home gym, front and back porches, a spacious yard, five bedrooms and your very own private pickleball/basketball court. You and your entire family will love this home: even on a rainy day, there is much to do without going out!! - Private Pickleball/Basketball Court  - 6 Person Hot Tub - Home Gym - Skee Ball - Pac-Man/Galaga (10 other arcade games on the console) - Foosball - Rock Wall and Slide - Office Space - Outdoor Games - Board Games - Two Outdoor Fire Pits - Two Fully Equipped Kitchens - Spacious Front Yard - And plenty of Room for the Family The home comfortably sleeps 12: Main Floor: - King Bedroom with Attached Full Bathroom - Full Kitchen, Dining, and Living Room - Additional Half Bath - Laundry Room Second floor: - One Full Bathroom - Full Bedroom with Workspace - Queen Bedroom - Double Bunk Beds with Rock Wall & Slide Basement: - One Full Bathroom - Second Kitchen - Queen Bedroom - Pullout Queen Couch - Gym - Game Room This getaway is also close to some of our favorite spots: - Downtown Dahlonega - 8min - 52 West Brewing - 3min - Montaluce Winery - 6min - Amicalola Falls - 15min - Helen - 45min - Blue Ridge - 55min - Juliette Chapel - 3min - Walmart - 12min - Dollar General - 3min The home is easily accessible by any vehicle. You will pull into a shared driveway that splits off between our home and the neighbors. There are easy parking spaces for 4 cars, but more can squeeze in if necessary. One large or two small cars can park at the basement entrance, and 2-3 cars can park up top in front of the pickleball court. PLEASE DO NOT DRIVE OVER OR PARK ON THE PICKLEBALL COURT! But, you are more than welcome to park on the grass if you need to. Absolutely NO parties or smoking are allowed on premises. Smoking will incur a $250.00 fee PETS: Pets are not allowed and any pets will incur a $250.00 fee per pet. Service animals are allowed and must be trained to perform a task/service for the responsible owner. Please notify us if you will be bringing a service animal so we can add them to your reservation. ESAs do not qualify as service animals and will be subject to charges. Lumpkin County Short Term Rental License: 4915

What a fantastic place to stay. The place is amazing and situated in a perfect spot away from the busy downtown but close enough, if you ever want to leave it, to get downtown in minutes. I brought several Veterans on a fly fishing trip to fish The Monteluce Winery. The Winery is four minutes away. The home was well stocked and had plenty of bathrooms, bed rooms, kitchen area, dining, deck space, and hang out areas. The owner was in constant contact at all times. Will definitely stay there again.
