"Everything was fine except i arrived at 6 am and was told to wait until 1500 for check in. Fine whatever cant you check the rooms ? Is it ready or ar you just standing on protocal? And because i had to wait, i was unable to get breakfast as i didnt make a reservation. But i was there at 6 am? Maybe ask if id like to eat 🤔. And they charged extra money for my daughter even though i paid for 2 people. Why its my room who cares who visits. Place sucks "

"Welcome drink machine at reception area was bonus point, we keep coming back after swimming and dinner. Do not forget your swimsuit, otherwise you will deeply regret to miss indoor swimming pool & spa experience. Delicious Buffet dinner on top of that, they provide free alcohol as well ! Top floor Onsen hit springs were so relaxing ,and the moment of sunset was breathtaking. and they provide so many variety of hair care goods, shampoo and conditioner, therefore I ended up wash my hair several times !"

"部屋からの景色は素晴らしい。ただ、この時期は暖房しか使えず、外の気温が17度前後でも日差しが入ると室温はかなり高くなり、エアコンが使えないのはかなり厳しい。私達は窓を開け、部屋のドアまで開けたがそれでも部屋の中は暑くて、そこがかなり残念。"

"As a foreigner with very little understanding of Japanese, I was pleasantly surprised by how helpful the staff were in communicating with us. The counter staff used voice to text translators to translate their Japanese to English. As we arrived directly from the airport, we were too early to check-in, but Tamura-san was very helpful in telling us about their day bath and buffet lunch package for us to spend the time. The onsen was very clean, and the accommodations were comfortable. Higu-san was exceptionally helpful on our last day, as she went the extra mile to help us call a cab to the Kimitsu highway bus station when our taxi apps failed to get us a booking. She helped us load the luggage on the cab, and even sent us off with a snack! For tourists like me who cannot speak Japanese, their support and kindness was immensely invaluable.
