"Hotel was amazing!! At first I was blown away at all the doors and everything requiring room key access. Thought it was overkill until we walked downtown and saw all the homelessness. There were so many homeless people. At one point we were chased by a homeless man yelling at us. Drugged up homeless are a problem in KZoo so my advice is stay in the hotel and eat and drink. The city is wild and feral."

"It was a great quick getaway for my husband and I. We ordered room service for breakfast and it was so hot and amazing when it got delivered to our room. The jet tub was amazing and so clean. It was a beautiful place to stay! We will definitely be back! Parking sucked, they charged us $25 for one night, and the parking ramp is Very short! My husband’s truck barely made it through. FYI!"

"The location was right on the lake with a beautiful view. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit on the cooler evenings. The towels at the pool were so convenient. Our room did not have a microwave and the beds were not that comfortable. Overall, a very relaxing place to stay."

"The listing stated onsite parking for 7, but that was not the case.Onsite only allowed 3 vehicles, the rest were just over a mile away. Unfortunately, that is specifically why we chose this place. Also-"no laughing/talking/cell phone calls outside the house after 11pm" is a tad unreasonable regardless of rules/regs for area. This being said-house was sparkling clean & host was very responsive and accommodated our requests quickly & to our satisfaction. Overall very pleased with location & communication from Host."
