"Had such a great family vacation that we rebooked for next year. Kitchen was well stocked with essentials. Bedroom bed were very comfortable. Didn’t really use the game room as the weather was so nice we wanted to be outside, but would be nice on a rainy day. The guys caught lots and lots of fish. They really loved being able to dock the boat onsite. We enjoyed the kayaks and lily pad. Would have been nicer if the beach area was a little more clean of algae, ect. But we made it work and still enjoyed playing in the water. We also enjoyed watching the eagles. We had a family (mom, dad and juvenile) that liked the to roost in the tree by the house daily. Fun watching them getting their fishy meals, listening to them talk to each other. Such fascinating birds."

"Perfect layout for our four generations from 1-1/2 to over 70, with a great view of the lake from the main floor balcony. We enjoyed having ample seating and plenty of rocking chairs. The campfire area was wonderful with aged wood for easy starting. Extra refrigerator in garage was perfect for storing drinks and setting up a bar. The Kitchen was well equipped with items needed for cooking - soup pots, cake pans, mixer, etc. Wi-Fi was excellent, large TVs were great, with ample plugins for lots of electronic devices. The slope going down to the lake was challenging for our oldest person, but fun rolling down for the youngsters. The kids enjoyed playing on the beach, and running through the sprinkler. We also enjoyed the screen porch around the shop. A sharp shinned hawk and a green heron were frequent visitors as were a family of otters. This beach area looked much better than any properties we could see nearby, but MN August algae bloom was evident. Next time we come, we will remember to bring hangers."

"Staff were very helpful and the property was good for what we needed. First morning breakfast was quite good but didn’t have the same items the next 2 mornings. Certain items weren’t replenished after they ran out. So you might want to get to breakfast early."

"Loved the spaciousness and especially the view of the lake and beautiful sunsets. Was very helpful to have two refrigerators, as well. Communication with the owner was always prompt when we had questions."

"Matt made everything a breeze. Check in and check out was very easy. The house was clean and very accommodating. Comfortable beds. The view of the lake is beautiful. We have stayed at several VRBO’s and this one has perfect seating for our family of 12! That was a huge blessing. The kitchen is a great size for several adults to all be doing something. The seating outside was nice for everyone but the second the sun goes down you’ll be running inside from the mosquitos but we didn’t mind! Fishing was eh, we did not find them but the kids had fun anyway. Shopping in Mora was wonderful and the Mexican restaurant in town is highly recommended. Very friendly town! The Mora swimming pool was great too! Over all wonderful experience."
