Clean rooms, housekeeping is great. Very convenient in that it was right next to the convention center. Breakfast could be ordered, snacks were available. Water was very expensive and just two small bottles in the room. Bring your own water. Staff were excellent.
I had a great stay at the Aloft Downtown Dallas. The location is convenient, and the parking was easy to access, which made arrival and departure stress-free. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.
The only minor hiccup was the elevator, which had a few issues during my stay, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Other than that, everything was enjoyable, and I would definitely stay here again.
Staff was very friendly and helpful! Assisted in every single thing. Went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. The only thing that was inconvenient was the noise, you can hear what is going on in the halls from inside the room.
I've stayed at Aloft Downtown Dallas on 2 occasions and have no regrets! Check-in is a breeze and the gentlemen at front desk made me feel "at home". Rooms are comfortable and I loved the modern, boutique design. Check-out was quick and easy. Enjoyed chatting with staff as they were decorating for Christmas and learned a bit about the history of the historic building that had been restored for the hotel. Highly recommend!!
