This property is very convenient location for our family trips to Dallas. The property is well-kept, not overly fancy, and suits our needs for something simple. The staff is excellent.

6/10 Okay

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Amenities
Parking was easy. Checking in is easy. However, the room's toilet was running and the thermostat was dead. The 2nd room's phone was dead and the A/C made hirribke loud noise. There is also a strobe light at night on the fire alarm which is ridiculous. 3rd floor ice machine was dead. The lobby kitchen's cappuccino & coffee machine was dead. The pool was locked up. This was a disappointing stay.
