The staff was friendly, however when I drive to where my room was located there were 3 people on the stairs smoking Marijuana. For what I paid for the night and $50 deposit i would have expected better. Otherwise the room was clean and again the staff was friendly.

The night manager was very kind and helpful. My room was very nice and clean. I'm a solo traveler with dogs and it's important to me for feeling safe They accommodated my mild disability and gave me a downstairs room I will stay there again in future

Wouldn't stay again

The good: the interior of the room was clean and modern, daily room service, close to WalMart. The bad: my checkin was supposed to be pay at property but hotel charged my card before arrival. I was travelling for a non profit with a hotel tax exemption but hotel refused to deduct taxes from rate. I reserved a room with 2 beds but was given a room with a single bed. Breakfast was a paper bag with an apple, small sunny d and a granola bar.

it was ok, I saw someone looking someone car as I was leaving at 5:30am. I will be suggesting having security around the hotel. The room was great. Thank you for your help me changing rooms.

Better on inside than the outside

From the outside, not so great, looked a little sketch, but I knew where I was staying and it wasn't the Hilton. The pictures do make it look a little better. The door didn't quite seal closed so I was thankful they had those extra door locks at the top and it was a little noisy from the freeway (likely worse because of the door), and some guests walking outside not respecting others at 12-2am, which is typical in this type of hotel and this day and age, then the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, but only for a second. Room inside was decent, clean, fresh and no smoke smell which unfortunately you have to deal with outside. You get what you pay for and that was fine for a quick overnight stay.

Good for what we needed

The interior of the room had been recently redone so it looked good. The outside grounds needed mowed and trash picked up. There was remodeling/construction going on out on the backside of the motel. Evidently they are remodeling all of the rooms so it's a process. I never saw the breakfast, but the IHOP is near.

The staff was really nice. The room floor was dirty with visible stains and what looked like mud. It needed to be mopped. (Which I requested and was told would be cleaned but it never got done.)The sheets were not dirty but they did have some stains in them which was a bit concerning. And there was strands of hair in the pillowcase. They would bring fresh sheets every morning, but even some of those had stains on them. I will say the bed itself was really comfortable. I did the bed bug test and I didn't see any, or any bugs for that matter. The shower and sink had good hot water. And the HVAC works really well.

We were given a room that was occupied, walked to the office again and second time around we were assigned an empty room! Office person followed us to the room to make sure it had been cleaned??? I was tired so I didn’t say anything but never have had this experience. Refrigerator was stained yellow not sure from what but probably will not want to stay here. Aside from all this the good was shower water pressure was great and room was good size.

The woman who checked me in was kind. The property was decent. Inside the room.. filthy. poop on the door and wall in the bathroom and it smelled like poop in there as well. The toilet looked someone had attempted to clean it. The tub looked clean. The floors or counter tops hadnt been mopped or cleaned. The bed toppers were filthy. The sheets were clean. The microwave, fridge, coffee maker and drawers wer all disgusting. I booked for 2 nights and only slept there one. I turned my keys in the second night and explained everything to the front desk agent who honestly couldn't have cared less. I was told i could speak to management the next day but ... management wasn't there. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This hotel is a lot older than some other motels in the area. You get what you pay for! The staff here are very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was a muffin, granola bar, an apple, and some sunny d in a paper bag. I was grateful to have something to eat, and it was filling. The property does require a $50 deposit for everyone, so be aware before you select it. For the one night I was there it was good enough. They might want to consider telling the maid not to re-use shampoo bottles, because the one in my room was used. It didn’t matter, I was only there for the night. Since I got in so late, there was a lot of trash around the property, but I think the age of it really shows. I never felt unsafe. The tv, shower and coffee maker all worked. I got a decent nights sleep. The area around the property is under renovation as well. They also do charge a pet fee of $10 if you bring a pet. My room was clean and smoke free.
