Too many things didn't work. Ice machine, second elevator. Room had poor lighting, shower was dangerous, toilet was hard to flush. The outside hot tub was wonderful!!

The front desk clerk was very friendly. The room was clean and the bed was firm with no sags. Didn't use any of the amenities but it was nice knowing they were available. We would definitely stay here again.

This Four Points hotel location was very convenient and well maintained. The last time I had stayed at a Four Points hotel in NY I didn't have a good experience with the staff and the room amenities.

Incredibly clean hotel, from the common areas to the rooms. The staff was exceptionally polite and welcoming. My only downside was the lighting in the rooms, way too dim.
