Clean and not over crowded

Our stay was wonderful. We played in the pool and hot tub and had the whole place to ourselves. The breakfast was amazing.

Weekend stay

We had a football camp to attend. The hotel is very clean pool and hot tub indoors and well heated. Breakfast was great and they even had little snack travel bags for a day on the town that worked great while attending a camp a day.

Fantastic Downtown Dallas Stay — Clean, Comfortable, and Welcoming Our stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Dallas Downtown was excellent from beginning to end. The location alone is a huge win—right in the heart of downtown and close to restaurants, attractions, and everything we wanted to see. The staff truly stood out. From check-in to check-out, everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. You could tell they cared about making sure guests felt comfortable and welcomed. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, the room was quiet, and everything felt well-maintained and thoughtfully set up. The room is always clean with no odors! Odors and smells are very sensitive to me and it always has a scent of "welcome" when you get here. And Caraway has been awesome both times I've been here. Even when I thought my requests were a little bizarre, Caraway was so kind and patient. 10/10
