The air conditioning in the lobby didn't work. I had to wait a few minutes for the desk clerk to arrive. The main lobby ice machine was broken. Vending machines offering amenities, such as toothpaste and brush were very overpriced. Walking distance to the DART station was not bad. Air conditioning in the room worked very well. Shower had good water pressure. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable

Checking in was easy, staff was helpful. My card key never worked when I came back to the room, and so each time I had to go to the front office to get it fixed, which they did with no problems. The room was pretty beat up - a missing towel rack, broken doorknob into the bathroom, a suspiciously soft bottom to the bath tub, stains on the wall, etc. but the AC worked, the bedding was clean and had been changed each day when I came back, and I had hot water and soap in the shower. It was about what I expected for the price.

For the price, it was ok. It was at walking distance of my morning-after destination, so it was a good choice for my trip. There are no roaches, but plenty of crickets, and those are all over that area, not just the hotel. Neighborhood is sketchy.

The front desk lady at check in was friendly my first room key didn’t work so I got transferred to a new room floor was dirty and the tv remote was not programmed to the TV went down to get help from the man at night was just given TV codes that did not work so I just googled house to program it and it got fixed.

I have been going here at least once a week. The staff is always friendly and courteous. I've never had a problem dealing with them. The room, sheets, and towels are clean. Housekeeping comes by once a day to change your bedding and towels as well as sweep and mop the rooms.

This property is in a ridiculous area of highway construction. Not their fault. The stay was great Just know there will be a good bit of noise from construction and vehicles from the highway.

The bathtub had rust around the drain, the sink's pressure was very strong, it wasn't hard to spray the surrounding area because of the water pressure. Pretty sure we found a cockroach. The room, upon arrival was musty and smelled like a moldy grandma. The water temp in the shower consistently fluctuated from really hot- barely able to touch to rather cold. This would happen within a few minutes of each other that it would fluctuate. Alsp the corners and areas around some of the sockets were chipping away or had very small holes. I was in room 155 specifically. The beds were nice though, housekeeping worked well around our things. I hope our money is used to upgrade that room and take care of the things that need to be fixed. The pool is not being taken care of and the paint on the ground around the rooms have massive chip spots. The staff was alright, they fulfilled my needs but it was hard to hear their low voices and not to mention some of their not very inviting personalities. The star is really just for the good quality of the beds.

The stay it's self was a good one...Room was not to bad...I mean you pay for what you get and at the price it was great ..But as far as dealing with the management... TERRIBLE...I got accused of yelling at the room cleaning lady, which comes by hella early if checkout is at 11 and check in is 3...no reason for her to be knocking on the door at 9am...But the management found a way to keep my deposit, sighting I was smoking in the room which is/was bull...They could check the cameras for that ..But overall it wasn't bad til checkout...
