The hotel staff was amazing JayJay was very helpful, understanding, friendly and respectful. Our plane got in late I called to make sure they didn’t cancel our room. He was friendly and helpful telling us what was open and around. I will book a room here again on my next trip.

We love this hotel. We stay here many times a year. Rooms are always clean and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Anytime we are in the Dallas area we stay here. Close to shopping and several choices in dinning.

All was good but I was unaware of the hotel daily parking fee. The hotel never asked if I had a car or took my license plate information. They just assumed and then charged me. This was very frustrating to find out after I checked out of the hotel.
