"Antoine on reception was excellent. The food in the Bar area was also really good and the choice of wine. One of the main lifts was not working but Antoine showed us the service lift, which was a bonus. What I would say is that the housekeeping service needs to improve - our room did not get cleaned on the second day as we returned around 16,00 and needed to use the room so could not let the cleaners in - this really needs to be speeded up. I would also recommend having breakfast in the hotel, there is no where good locally for breakfast"

"The location and staff were wonderful. The breakfast was too expensive. Just around the corner we ate for 10 euros each. Once we had a tea and coffee at the hotel and it was awful. A machine dispensed warm/hot , not boiling, water for the tea and if you are a tea drinker you will understand how this doesn’t work. My husband did not enjoy the flavour of the coffee. The room was so small for two people, maybe one traveller could manage, but two, was a challenge. The bathroom was clean and had a nice shower head but the configuration had me often bruising my body trying to move from shower to sink. The room was quiet and the having Netflix was wonderful. Perhaps a short stay there might work, but we were there for 8 days and found it too cramped."

"The location was fantastic. The only problem we encountered was our original room. We had written numerous times that my mother in law was elderly and could not do stairs. So when we got there they gave us a room with a spiral staircase that lead to the bedroom and the shower. Luckily the hotel wasn’t at full capacity and we were given a beautiful room with a king bed. I believe it was an upgrade! After that everything was wonderful."

"Excellent hotel with great places around!!! Shopping mall, cafes, restaurants, public transportation (trains and buses), clean room very helpful staff (Rona was superb) air quality in the room was great and the view from the hotel window was fantastic!!!"
