"I can’t believe these hotels still use styrofoam plates and cups. It’s 2026 you should know better. Breakfast had zero healthy items aside from the eggs. Elevators were extremely slow. Parking was confusing and extraordinarily tight. Good location."

"Wonderful experience! The property was beautiful, rooms spacious and clean, resort restaurant buffet had excellent food. The trolley transportation was convenient and punctual. A lot of activities for kids offered and very family oriented. My husband is a veteran and they gave us a 30% discount on Dollywood tickets and discount at multiple locations inside resort. We felt cared for and valued as a guest. We will definitely be back!"

"Very pleasantly surprised at this last minute booking. I selected this hotel because of the reasonable rates and location, and I was blown away with how nice this place was.
